On 20 of July 2021 around 20 graduates shared their experiences with the Corona graduate program of the InnovationCampus Mobility of the Future (ICM) with Science Minister Theresia Bauer. Five of the graduates are working at the Institut für Strahlwerkzeuge (IFSW).
"Supporting the graduates of our universities as they enter the job market, which has become more difficult due to the pandemic, is a key concern for me and the Ministry of Science. With the graduate program of the InnovationCampus Mobility of the Future, we are creating an attractive environment: prospective engineers can work here on innovative research and cooperation projects with companies and gain important experience in the process. This is an ideal way to bridge the gap between graduation and entry into professional life," says Science Minister Theresia Bauer.
There are currently around 60 places still available in the ICM's Corona graduate program. The aim is to provide participants with further training and qualifications to improve their personal prospects during and after the Corona pandemic. Applications are also open to international graduates whose last university degree was in Baden-Württemberg.
